Manchester United’s Spanish goalkeeper Victor Valdes is set to finally leave the club this month.
Victor Valdes is close to agreeing a deal to join Belgian outfit Standard Liege on loan until the end of the season.
This move was nothing less than expected, as Valdes became a nobody at the club, he never appears in training nor does he make it to the team sheet anymore.
His falling out with manager Louis van Gaal is still a mysterious issue that nobody knows much of, but now after being set to leave, the Spaniard could be more open about the situation.
All that we know is that Valdes refused to play for the U21 when asked by his manager, which made the latter furious.
